Do more reps with left. Your just using your right more thats all. It's natural.
How much thicker is it?

you know i posted the same thread about a yr and a half ago. my dilemna is that im right handed but my left arm is noticeabley(to me atleast) thicker, and has a much more visible peak. its about .5" thicker last time i measured. pretty much all the answers ive gotten was that its genetic lol. im still trying to bust through this tho. ive been adding a few sets with my right arm only on an off day.Originally Posted by MAJOR25
I wouldn't do more reps with one I would concentrate more on form. If that doesn't help isolate with db's.

My left arm is about 1/4 inch smaller then my right. I never really worried about it, but you could isolate one side with different exercises. When you are working out, try to concentrate more on your left arm.
My cousin's right arm looks like it has an extra muscle head. It's much bigger than his left, def genetics. I would do an extra set or two with the smaller to improve symetry.Originally Posted by biglouie250

Slightly bigger eye, bigger nostral, bigger arm, bigger nut, bigger foot...etc.
It's just that some have it more than others.
You don't have to be ashamed unless it's freak show noticable.
Extra sets/rep for the arm will do anyway
