    Crazy Bicep Pump

For the past 2 weeks or so, whenever I do my biceps, around my 3 set or so, my arms get pumped like crazy and I cant even touch my shoulders with my hands. And this causes me not to be able to do much more...

Just wondering if anyone has the same problem?

My bi workout looks like this

    4 sets bar curls...
    2 sets DB incline curls

All sets are 12-16 reps...Im going with the high rep endurance workout right now.

Well I know that about 1/2 to 3/4 the way through my arm workout I can't touch my face! Then when I'm done and trying to wash up it sucks...I have to lean my forearms against the sink and put my weight against them so I can wash my face!

It's a good thing because you know you are really torching your biceps. It could be worse, you could be one of them guys that does 15 sets and can't even get a pump.
How long are you resting between sets?

I rest for about 2-4 minutes between sets.

LOL, well then maybe your arms are just too big!
Seriously though my man, I would try dropping the weight when this happens. I have the same problem with my biceps workouts. Just go a little lighter and squeeze the crud out of them.

    cheers
