how do you inject into your delt and aspirate, or do you not. i am doing my gluts and quads and need a new spot.

the four finger technique. use index and middle to aspirate and the ring and pinky to hold the syringe. works like a charm. the protocol for this is quite simple and you shouldnt really be stressing over it as much.

stressing over it as much, i was asking a question i guess everyone is stressing with all of the question on the board. thanks for the help but shit cut a guy some slack for asking a question, just protecting myself from making any mistakes
