i know how to figure the carb intake for pwo, but seem to have forgotten how to figure the protein intake for pwo. i've stumbled across this answer once before but havent' been able to find it again. somebody please enlighten me.

there are like a billion threads on this man, 1:2 ratio for most but do what works for you
yes, i know about the protein to carb ratio...but isn't there a certain percentage of your daily protein intake that is designated for pwo??
i'm just trying to come up with a number for my protein...i know you have to double your carbs to whatever number that is.
or am i just over thinking this??
You don't HAVE to double your carbs to protein...
