    dextrose in bottle caps?

    does anyone out there get there dex from bottle caps?

    i use to do it w/ sweet tarts, took 4eva, and actually hated eating 60 grams of them gross... i do gummy bears sometimes... but i don't think they are "great" as dex... i usually use dex, easy fast, makes shakes taste amazing!
