I was just wondering about clen and bulking.
I have read that some use clen PCT so they can keep their caloreis while minimizing fat gain.
So my quiestion is this: could I add some clen to keep some of the excess fat off when I am bulking?
To me this sorta sounds backwards, as when you are bulking you are trying to keep a positive balance of calories, right? So I'm assuming using clen would be counter productive, correct?
It would prolly be a better idea to watch my calories and keep them up, but not too many extra, and eat really clean, correct?
Just some thoughts I am hoping to get some feedback on.
