Shortness of Breath. Need help Bros !!!

I have been on my third cycle for 12 weeks now. I started on Test Prop, Deca, Var and Test E. I noticed after about three weeks I was getting a little short of breath but just put it down to the weight gain. Well now I am seriously worried. I am down to 500mg of Test E a week and comming down to cruising level in the next two weeks which is 100mg Test E for me. I am seriously short of breath all the time, even talking on the phone makes me short of breath. Its like I am unable to completely fill my lungs and I feel like I am not getting enough Oxygen.

Has anyone else experienced this. I am seriously contemplating seeking medical advice.

Not that much only 4-5kg so I wouldnt think that would make any difference. I have zero cariovascular fitness but I think this is more than just that

Ya this is where I have gotten caught before as well. IF you aren't careful with water it can really slow you down. If you start to get short of breath just walking up stairs or something I think you gotta get on the cardio, will help reduce BF% and water retention.

I know in the past, if I would raise my test e dosage past 500mg ew, I would have trouble breathing. It would actually wake me up at night cause I could not catch my breath. After I lowered back down to 500mg ew, that feeling went away after a few weeks.

It was like night and day when I bumped the dose down. I could actually breath again. I had to quit doing deads when I was like that cause I could not catch my breath after doing a set. It was scary for sure.

I guess my body can't deal going that high with test. Let us know after a couple of weeks if that solved your problem.

It could be due to water retention and high blood pressure. Have you checked your BP recently? Also, what is your resting heart rate?

I just took my BP and its 136/78 and resting pulse is 78. BP is higher than normal for me but thats not an abnormal BP. As far as water retention goes I have been taking 0.50mg of Armidex ED for a couple of months and I dont feel or look bloated.

lzicc I am going to see what happens with th drop in Test I am on 750mg a week right now but I might just go down to 250mg next week instead of 500mg and see what happens. I always taper of high doses of Test because I feel there are less sides that way

Everything there sounds good then. Thats a good bp and pulse rate for being on AAS. Wish someone could point us towards a cause of your problem, ive experienced that too.

I have been on cycles before and not seen this but this is the first time I have gone over 500mg of Test a week. I will drop it down and see what happens over the next couple of weeks

If you hear raspy sounds or gurgling......you might be getting pulmonary
edema........same problem the climbers get from altitude sickness......
have somebody put a stethoscope on your chest and check for that
as it can have serious sequelae

Silly boy. I won't cover the importance of cardio fitness here in the steroids questions forum, but your selling yourself well short if your not efficently supplying your muscles with lots of good oxigen and blood and only a healthy/fit heart and lungs will do that.

If your fit the test levels won't make much difference to your breathing. In 2000-2001 I competed Tug-o-War in the middle east and over 290lbs and running over 2g of test a week and never gassed.
