Tapering carbs through the day on a "lean bulk"

Does anyone here agree or disagree with tapering the amount of carbs through the day on a lean bulk type diet?

I was thinking of a carb cutoff but have heard too many negative things about it and I really didnt lik the way I felt in the morning on it.

I have carbs throughout the day..dont really taper them down. On a nonworkout day I may end pro/carbs around 9pm or so and have a small sweet potato instead of medium. On workout days I workout at night and my PPWO ends around 10pm or so..so not necessarily. You could and see how it works. I never liked the carbs only 3 times a day idea

same here...if my ppwo isn't my last meal, then my last meal has fewer carbs, but that's about it...spread fairly even throughout day, all nutrients are (for me at least)...

It doesnt realy matter imo aslong as the ammount of carbs fit into your diet.

I use a tapering method when cutting sometimes. I know the consensus is cardio first thing on empty but I have had good results recently when lifting first thing, eating 100g carbs PWO with PRO then tapering my carb useage right down so that when I do my cardio early evening, I havent eaten carbs for 3-4 hours prior to the CV session
