    Before & After pics cutting

    I used some prohormone from GAT to get to the size before went from 200 to 240 in About 9 months. I started spring football training weighing 232 @ wr. I'm 6'1. I want to know what's my bf% & help me with a few things please.
    I'm now around 209 or something like that how long b4 my abs show. I know I got a lil more bf but I don't want to weigh below 200 4real because I'm moving to free safety.

    some prohormone? do u even know ehat it is? how about pct? anyways how u are cutting will have a lot to do with going below 200lbs. hows ur diet?

    thanks I used a some of the wall brand for pct. It help a lot I gained some weight after it but I leaned up a bit but I din't have my diet in order. Now that I watch what I eat I have lost a good amount of weight but a lil musclalso. I only ran the andro for 5 weeks and no gyno. I'm about to tale some promagnon 25 for my speed work since it's like t-bol. Not so much on half the dosage bc I'm not wanting to get bigger only faster. @ 221 lbs. I ran a 4.51 40. I've lost 26 lbs since then so shooting for the low 4.4s ya dig.

    My diet consists of a shake for breakfast, two to three tins of tuna, some brown rice & a few veggies. I try to eat 6 times a day. I dont really keep up with the portein & carbs & fat. Just keep up with the cals don't won't to go over 1500 but on the weekends substitute meals with liquor sometimes.

    Horrible diet. Either look into some kind of carb cycling diet or look at the cutting diet sticky in the diet forum.

    40 lbs in 9 months is a ton of weight. wat did ur lifts look like at 200 then at 240?

    My bad about the typing Im straight now,but my bench was 315x3 360x1 squat was 455x5 600x1 deadlift was 600x1.
