Much better quality, good stuff. Just keep liftin man, you are lean so putting on muscle mass should be your goal. I say just overall adding size everywhere will be your best bet. I dont even know if you were looking for a critique .

Props on the video, really nice to see someone do that, really makes it more real than just seeing some pictures. Should definitely make more videos and track your progress, would be a lot of fun to see.

i did look like this top left was last year pictures of flex was 6 months ago and video is now. Ive added a lot of supps never used anything. Just protein. I have trib,nitrix,creatine,wieght gainer,casien,whey. I work loading trucks and i cant gain more wieght hopefully these will help
