Well I switched to a more BB routine for a couple of weeks and wow did I get weaker. I figured I'd maintain if not up my max just a little bit, but it went down. I did pyramids for my bench/squat/deadlift 15 12 10 8 6 progressing with heavier weights.
Actually bench was the only one that suffered, I am doing more weight on squats now (but my max went down) and deadlift (haven't maxed).
I switched because I didn't want my body to get stale to the workouts, I planned on switching back to PL in a month or so. Is switching to a BB routine for a month or so really this devastating for your powerlifts?
