how much is too much cardio??

How much cardio is too much while tryin to bulk.. tryin to get the gut to shrink down a lil and not interfere with my gains... like maybe 15 mins after every workout out 4 times a week...

Either bulk or cut, don't try to do both. 15 mins. ain't shit to keeping fat at bay nor stripping it off, and it may only interfere w/the bulking process. Best to make a decision.

not for me bro. i used to think that way, but it's just too much of a pain to have to strip that fat off later down the road. i hate doing cardio, and i mean i really hate it. also, now that i live in florida, there's no time of the year where you can just cover it up.

He means do a cutting cycle so you can get rid of the belly, fat etc..... then begin your aas cycle and work your ass off with hard work, dedication, proper diet, training and you will have great gains from it while bulking on aas.

so cut then begin aas and bulk while on aas.

    lol

Yea, thats pretty much the point you big dummy. Except I never said "so cut then begin aas and bulk while on aas"
I told him to cut first, then do a cycle. What good is a cycle going to do for you if your BF % is not under control? Right.......it won't.
So you need to cut and get your BF% down to an acceptable level before you jump on aas.

So you are saying that you would advise someone who is already fat to go ahead and do a cycle....then cut? LMFAO

I understand Ed and I wasn't referring to you in particular. It's just sometimes there are people on this site that are more interested in bustin balls than offering helpful advice and it pisses me off. Not saying you are fat, and I was just being a smart ass by saying "cut first then juice your balls off"

half hour minimum, IMO hour max, 5 days a wk if i am cutting this is, if i am bulking or going for pure strength a do none and just keep my body fat at a decent percentage by eating correct and cutting back on beer
