personally i think the thing with T3 is that is 6 tabs of 25mcg is the max I would use if I was on a cycle if I wasnt using test and or other aas then I would stick to a max of 4 tabs per day working up and down as you suggested in your post however it can be more effective with the higher doses but also can be catabolic thats why I dont suggest to use it that high unless oyu are on cycle, apart from that the clen doses you have are right and I really dont know about ECA cos i dont use it
