    Workout Questions

    I do the typical workout-Mon and Thur-chest and tri
    Tue and Fri-back and bi
    Weds and Sat-shoulders and legs
    does anyone think that this is to much or should i stick to one body part once a week-Mon-chest
    Tues-back
    Weds-shoulders
    Thurs-legs
    Fri-bi and tri
    I am looking to put on size!!

    There is no way I could train the same parts on the 3rd day after.

    EX: Legs on Wed then again Sat......no way, Thursday I am a bit sore, Friday very sore, and Saturday still very sore. To train legs again on Sat would be a horrid idea.

    For me anyhow....
