What are peoples opinion on cuttin,of coarse more cardio,and diet, but when it comes to lifting?:high reps lighter weight,or heavy weight low reps same as bulking?Just curious to know what works better for people.....THANKS

Both of them you should do. JMO
I wouldn't change your workout when your cutting. You will probably have to lighten your weights because you will be getting weaker but other than that you don't have to change things.
Another dumb workout question
Not dumb buddy but it looks like you are just too lazy to do any research on your own. I see you are new here, as I am as well. I would suggest reading as much as you can rather than posting questions that have been answered hundreds of times already. That is most likely the best advice you are gonna get for now.
