    4wks on/4wks off cycling

Any done a 4wks on 4wks off cycling? I have read here about 6 weekers but what about 4weekers with short esters such as prop, tren and winny. I assume that in 4 wks the shut down and pct wont be bad as with a 12 weeker. I have down 3 cycles. 34 215lbs 5'10" lifting for years. Also what would you recommend for dosages if you are doing 4 weekers? Also, what type of pct?

Short burst cycles are good for year around cycling.....front loading and higher mgs are better for short cycles IMO....the compounds you described are great for the short cycles..prop..150mgs....tren..100mgs and win...100mgs everydy woud be good for starters ...see what happens.....What were yyour previous cycles???and how did yo do with them??

A conservative approach would be 4 weeks on=Pct+ 4-weeks off.

If you count the PCT as part as the 4-weeks off, you will be supressed most of the time, and thats not healthy IMO.
