Quick question about legs and throwing up....Lately since i started my new BB routine I throw up everytime I do my first quad day, which is usually the heavy all out day...So my question is, does the meal that i had before I threw up count still towards my cals?? Or no, what is the deal with that?? and also I've heard people say, if your not throwing up while doing legs your not working hard enough, so I guess maybe it means I'm pushing myself, but still, that doesnt seem right...Anyone else experience this???
