    OverTraining?

    Hey i wanted to post up my rotuine to see if you guys thought i might be overtraining, especially because latley ive been very tired during workouts which also could be from lack of sleep/nutrition.
    Anyways here is my workout:

    Day1:Chest/Tris
    Chest
    Flat Press- 3 sets
    Incline press- 3 sets
    Incline flys- 3 sets

    Tris
    Skullkrushers- 3 sets
    Pulldowns or kickbacks - 3 sets

    Day 2:Legs/abs
    Legs
    Squats- 3 sets
    lunges- 3 sets
    leg curls- 3 sets
    calf raises- 3 sets
    Abs
    Lying Leg Raises
    Crunches

    Day 3: Off

    Day 4 :Shoulder/Traps
    Power Cleans- 3 sets
    Upright rows- 3 sets
    Shrugs- 3sets
    Shoulder Press - 3 sets
    shoulder raises(front)-2 sets
    shoulder raises(side)- 2 sets

    Day 5: Back/Biceps
    Back
    Deadlifts- 3 sets
    bb rows- 3 sets
    dumbbell pullover- 3 sets
    Biceps
    bb curls - 3 sets
    Hammer curls - 3 sets
    reverse curls - 2 sets

    Day 6 : Off

    Day 7 : Repeat day one.

    looking at your routine, it does not seem like too much. everyone is different and for the majority that there wouldnt be too much. but, you say lack of sleep and nutrition may be the cause, well, get these sorted and you will be fine im sure. diet and rest has a greater effect than training, as far as overtraining goes

    IMO, overworking shoulders, pullovers aren't the best choice for back, too much bicep work.

    thanks for replies, i was wondering wut would be a good replacement for pullovers for back?Also for shoulder/trap day should i take out power cleans or jus get a whole new routine?

    take out front raises for shoulders, as the front delts will get enough stimulation on chest day, and from overhead presses. maybe substitute powercleans for shrugs, as powercleans incorporate all the shoulder. as for pullovers, do lat pulldowns, or pullups
