Pain In lower left side of Back

I am in week 5 of my first cycle and have a painfull back pain in the lower left side of my back and in my lower left front side of my stomach. Its not a muscle pain more like a interior pain.

Dbol 30or40mgs for 5 weeks shouldnt phase a healthy adult male.

i was on 50mg dbol/day and i got mad back pumps...but it doesnt sound like this is the case here..as others said, what are you taking?
