hey do to my schedule i have to work out in the morning. I am at the gym at about 8-8:30 and i do my work out in about a hour to an hour and 15 depends on the work out. so the pnly time i can do cardio is after my work out and i was wounderin if thats good or not and if soo wut should i eat befor my work out. any addvise is greatly appreciated thanx
