    Question Diet check! Any pointers?

Hey my diet right now consist's of mainly protein, carbs, low fats, and as little sugar as possible. all i want to do is maintain till my next cycle. I estimate i consume about 2500 to 3000 per day

Example of average day off cycle:
7:00 am protein shake 30 grams and 2 peices of 12 grain toast.
10:00 am another protein shake 30 grams
12:00 lunch usually 2 or three sandwhiches with lots of turkey on whole wheat
2:00 pm protein shake 30 grams
4:30 pm another protein shake 30 grams.
7:00 pm chicken wrap with whole grain tortilla and wild rice
    10:30 protein shake 30 grams

how does that look for between cycles? anything helps

You need more real food. Some shakes are okay, but it looks like a liquid diet.

Like the others stated you are relying far too heavily on shakes to get you through the day. More solid food and more solid carbs. Potatoes (white and sweet) rice, oats. Not just breads.

You should try to get your protein from a variety of sources.

    Turkey
    Chicken
    Eggs
    Fish
    Beef
    Shakes

Do you know how many grams of protein, carbs and fats you are getting in a day?

just replace a few of the shakes with a can of tuna or chicken breast and some oats, and make sure you get some vegetables throughout the day.

also for your last meal of the day you will want some slow digesting protein, not whey. a can of tuna, plain chicken breast or a shake with casein/soy would be good.

If your health is that important to you, you will make time.

Pack food the night or weekend before for the entire week.. very simple to put 20 chicken breasts in the oven etc.. You can get rice in microwave pouches and vegetables that way too.. so no more excuses for you lol

look in the diet forum at the stickies and of ppl's posted diets to get some ideas of what a good diet is.. it's right there infront of you, just point and click, we can't do it for you.
