I am 22 years old, 5 years experience with weight training. I am knowledgeable about my nutrition and what works for me. I train 4-5 days a week, my stats are as follows: 6 foot 205lbs.
One year ago I used OV Metavet (Dianabol)...I took 4 pills a day for 8 weeks, great strength gains, but no weight gains, almost leads me to believe the stuff was fake except I saw it advertised on the QV Metavet website. Anyways, I recently bought some Dianabol and some Deca which I was going to stack together. I was planning on taking 4 pills of Dianabol again each day, but I'm not sure how much Deca I should take. I would like to put on about 15-20 pounds. Any suggestions would be helpful.
