    no whey or dextrose, what to use for pwo?

    I'm out of town and will be hitting up the gym in a few hours. I have no whey or dextrose. Basically I have access to:

    chicken, steak, tuna, eggs for protein,

    oatmeal, white & brown rice, bananas, strawberry's, and table sugar for carbs.

    What would be best for pwo with what I have available? ppwo will consist of chicken and white rice.

    I do 2 scoops of whey/1 cup oats; works well for me.

    But I'm an idiot and realized you said no whey...so a nasty tuna shake with 1 cup oats haha....that'll get er done.
