Im, back! Ive been gone because of my new son. 5 months have gone by with no working out... at all. So I started back on monday, and I hurt. I am lacking in modivation big time, I need your help... Call me names! Please CALL MY NAMES! GET ME GOING!
On a side note, this morning, I went in and my wifes Ex husband is working out at MY GYM! Ive been a member there for 18 years as well as a trainer a few years ago. Out of all the gyms this peice of shit could work out at, he at mine. I feel and look like crap, I need to get back to work and get it done. Any suggestions?
