how man ppl here work demanding jobs that put stress on your body? I just got a part time job working at a warhouse moving shit where its like 100 degrees lifting shit all day long. i swear the first day i worked i lost at least 5lbs. within 3 days i noticed my arms were smaller. the only positive is i see my back and shoulders getting bigger. i do full body lifting twice a week so i still have time to lift. has anybody actaully got more ripped from working these jobs
