Will using oats with water for all my carb meals be ok whilst cutting? Or do i need to change my carb sources. (I use dext. pwo.)
Are there any extra benefits to eating oats only for carbs whilst dieting? (drawing excess water form surrounding tissues etc???)
On low carb days i eat 200g oats (50g x 4)
On high carb days i eat 300-400g.
