    Quick spot injection question.

I went to spotinjection.com and saw where i can inject other than glutes/quads.. I saw a place for biceps. Will having the oil in a bicep affect my workout, or make them too sore to workout? Just curious as to what I may encounter.

Some people can take bicep shots without pain. I think it depends on experience, the siz of your muscle and the amount of oil your putting in, and what your putting in too!.

First time I shot winny in my biceps it felt like someone ran a truck over them, and shoting Test-E wasn't much better.

If your taking frequent injections and getting sore in your quads & glutes try your delts. I love delt shots.

I use biceps in my rotation. Just inject them the day after or the same day after you have worked that muscle group. That way the pain will have subsided by the time you need to work that muscle group again.

I hate you the most. But only because you're not in more pain than me =P

Actually I feel a little better. I guess it's just oil pressure! I bet i can put a drilling site on my delt, and sell the oil that comes out. It feels like i put a lot in there, but it was only 1 cc. SNAP!

hope you shot slowly. putting all that syringe into you at such a quick pace will get backup in the muscle which can create some ugly soreness and cramping. go slow next time.

if you have decent size lats try those...i've been doing more and more of them and I like them a lot. no bic, tric or calves for me.

I went in so slow i could swear i was withdrawaling the stuff. My hands were shakey because I was so weirded out about injecting into a delt. I asperated. All was bueno when i shot it.
It's just like a little knot in my shouler when i move it certain ways. I was REALLY wanting to go to the gym today, but Looks like ill be doing legs lol.

for those of you who have tried them, what do you feel about lat injections?

i haven't had any injection problems really, but my legs really started to hurt with frequent test prop injections so i tried my lat. all went well, but i developed a good golf ball of an infection in my lat a few days afterword. i am as meticulous as I can imagine while injecting, shower twice a day to keep clean and also use alcohol wipes and bandaids to keep the site clean. i feel like a lat injection is too close to the armpit and if you sweat a lot it might be too close to keep clean. i feel it's a lot easier to keep you glutes, quads, and delts cleaner than your lats.

has anyone else had lat injections get infected.

also, what are you shooting, how much, and how often?

for the test prop i'm on, i added some b12 from lion and the injection pain has decreased significantly. i would recommend it if you feel you need it.

Maybe it's your syringe size. I use a 23 gage, 1 in. and it never hurts in the delt. I have my wife do the glute m. since I'm not made of rubber. Have you tried the thigh spot? It goes in the Vastus lateralis m., (which is more on the side a few inches above the knee). Better look it up cause a lot of guys do it wrong going in the top or the Rectus femoris m. and could hit a vein there.

    Damn, that's sweet.

If I were using a compound that caused a lot of pain as prop, I'de try to inject in a place that wouldn't disrupt my mobility during workouts.

My delt is actually feeling fine right now, a little sore. Just hope there is no infection lol.

I am REAL curious about Bi's though. Maybe 1/2 ml in each Bi should be okay next time.

    We'll see hehe..

You shouldnt hi-jack but anyways. Lat injections are great for me. I dont that over 2cc's simply because it is hard to stay bent that way for too long. Prop usually does leave a lump with me, so I wouldnt be too worried about that, happens to almost everyone. Also, like any injection site I hit it only once per week or less.

Shooting biceps never hurts for me...but everytime I get a huge bruise. There's some vein on the way in that hates me.

Delts are easy but can ache a little.

Pecs are easy if you don't have a phobia from the adrenaline shot in Pulp Fiction.

I like calves because it's easy to control/hold the needle steady.
