    Lightbulb Help With Cutting Workout Routine

    With my am cordio on an empty stomch, I'm trying to find a workout routine would help reducing my bf% efficienctly.
    This is my workout routine looks like.
    I work each mucsles twice every 8 days. I rest 45-30 sec
    day 1 chest/ tris
    Bb bench press 2*5, 3*15
    db incline 2*5, 3*15
    decline flyies 4*15

    CG bench press 2*5, 2*15
    machine dips 2*5, 2*15
    through some push ups to the failuer.

    day2 soulders/ back
    db press 2*5, 3*15
    bb smith machine (2*5 some times I do them standing), 3*15
    WG upright raws 4*15

    db raws 2*5, 3*15
    under hand grip pull dawn 2*5, 3*15
    stright arm pull dawns 4*15
    bb sherugs 2*5, 2*15

    day 3 legs/bi/ calves
    squad 2*5, 3*15
    smith machine launges 2*5, 3*15
    leg extention 4*15
    romanin dead 4*15

    db curles 2*5, 2*15
    preacher curles, 2*5, 2*15
    reverse grip curles 2*15

    leg press calves raises 4*15
    seated calves raises 4*15

    day 4 rest then reabet with some changes
    But I found this one and I'm willing to give it a try

    BTW, I'm some where between 17-15 bf%, 230lb, 6'2"

    I would switch Bi's with back and do legs by them selves, IMO i find this to be much more effective, but really you have to find what works for you.!!

    I agree since doiing back and bis together and chest and tris I have noticed great gains, this will help you from overtraining
