i use 25ga 1inch for everything.... thats just me though, i wouldn't recommend that to everyone.. sometimes i use 5/8'' in my delts if i have em

i use a 22g 3/4" for my delt and upper body shots. virtually painless.

I was using 25 guage, 1" for delts and started using 23 guage, 1" and it is so much easier to push the plunger with the 23 guage and it feels the same as a 25" going in.
