Sweet tarts/smarties/nerds.
They are all dextrose based candy and work in the same fashion.

so does that mean anything with high fructose corn syrup would work also?
not trying to nag...just trying to come up with some ideas for pwo shakes.
I would not use fructose corn syrup, no.
I supplied the alternatives I would utilize above, you may have missed them.

i was readin alot of these posts and they say that sweet tarts ex ex is a good source for my pwo but how my packs or peices do u eat.
i used to eat 1.5 packs of sweet tarts in order to get the amount of dex i needed for pwo. Its hard to eat that many though immediately after workout.
I'm cutting and I take in 1 cup oats (54 grams of carbs) after my workout. I would like to start eating sweet tarts after my work out (I love candy)....do i take in 54 grams of carbs worth of sweet tarts?
Thanks guys!
