After cardio, yes, never after training then do cardio. That would not only use the pwo feeding for cardio fuel, you'd do nothing to burn off stored bodyfat.
Best to seperate the two events if at all possible for MAXIMUM results from both.

Here's the deal, I've decided to start riding my bike to the gym, the trip is 6 miles each way and it takes me about 25 minutes each way............ so I'll ride to the gym, workout then ride home.
Usually after a workout I'll have a whey and dextrose shake, should I consume the shake once I'm back home?
SC, by your response I'm guessing you're going to recommend driving to the gym and doing my cardio some other time, am I hindering my progress by riding my bike?
