    Is 72 hrs. enough?

I train PL/BB mostly PL,I work shift work,24hrs. on 48 off, don't have the time or equipment to lift at work.my splits,
    day 1
    squats/legs
    day2
    bench/shoulder and tris
    day3
    at work
    day 4
    Dead lift/and lats
    day 5
aux. work light close grip bench ,bi's n tris etc.,
    day 6
    at work
    day 7
same as day 1 and so on

my Q is ,wil the time between my squat and dead lift (sumo) days be enough time to recover,I won't be targeting my lower back on squat day at all except for the little bit of damage the squats will do,let me hear what you all think.

it all depends on how bad you tear your lower back up (in a good way of course). if your back feels ok, and stretching isnt painful after warming up, then you should be fine. just feel it out man.
