Ive got everything i need for a 10 week cycle. I was going to start monday, the 17th but I found out ive got to do a ruck march in Poland for like 10 days in August(around the 20th) for like 12-15 miles a day through the montains. My question is should I start it and just take some preloads with me or wait? This would more than cover the lower body workout cuz ill have a 60lb pack on, but what about upper body? Just looking for any opinions. Thanks!
