    Ok, what is the deal..........

    I'm 6'2, 273 lbs, about 22% BF. I've been eating super clean, lifting 5x/week, and doing 30 min cardio 5x/week also. In the past 2 weeks, I have not dropped any weight. I just started working out and dieting HEAVY again 3 weeks ago. I would think I would drop weight quick due to the diet change, cardio, and weight sessions. I've been stuck at 273. I think my clothes fit better ( could just be a mental thing ) , so I have no idea.

    I doubt its muscle memory ( I used to be 210, 10% BF )

    Any idea on what the hell is happening? Its kinda dissapointing!

    Diet has been clean, no sodas, cutting carbs, lean clean foods, protein shakes, etc.

    post your entire diet with macros, and your stats again, in the diet forum.

    Well this isn't really about diet Nova. My diet is on point, this is about working out!

    Well what do you think it is then? Thyroid? There is little else that could eb the problem besides your diet IMO.

    It's always good to post your diet/macros. It makes it easier for people to make an informed suggestion/critique. Perhaps you need to cycle your carbs for a few weeks....Maybe you need to change your carb cut-off times....There may be some supplements that you're not currently taking that will help you..
    No one is doubting your ability to plan your diet, they simply will have an easier time helping you if you post your diet and macros........

    Great attitude to start with here when YOU are asking for help. Of course its your Diet !!!! Now if you want help post it up or move on.

    WTF does being on the board have to do with your diet being f*cking whack?

    With that mentality, it's no wonder you have no idea wtf you are doing.
