It's always good to post your diet/macros. It makes it easier for people to make an informed suggestion/critique. Perhaps you need to cycle your carbs for a few weeks....Maybe you need to change your carb cut-off times....There may be some supplements that you're not currently taking that will help you..
No one is doubting your ability to plan your diet, they simply will have an easier time helping you if you post your diet and macros........
