So lemme get this right. You 'think' you're diabetic but instead of going to the doc and getting it concerned you're here asking about making gains?Originally Posted by Skullsmasher

Gougn to the doc is besides the point. I dont see how I gave you the impression that I wasnt going to or hadnt already.??
I didnt plan on only asking a question here and dismissing it after.
I was asking because considering the SMALL possibility that I am, I would like to know if anyone else that is, is still able to progress at a decent rate.
Also, how dificult does being diabetic make progressing for such people?
Just a question.

It was some (for me) crazy amounts!
See, I was wondering if they could do that or if increasing their insulin would have som kind if adverse effect on them. You remeber the name of that thread?Originally Posted by Narkissos

THe only reason is cause, my father and uncle both had experienced sever headaches and high blood pressure before being diagnosed as diabetic.

Well man...you show signs of it cause that how i started...peeing and alwys tired....felt like sh*t after i ate.....hope for the best but deal with whatever your faced with....trust me ive been diabetic 5 years now....my whole famliy is as well.
Thanks Horse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I get really flushed in the face if I eat a crappy meal and feel generally like shit. Thats part of why I eat a lot better now.
All of the signs could be it and could be just my cycle. Good to be somewhat reassured that either way I can be ok.
you'll be fine...providing you listen to your body and dont do anything foolish bro...diabetics are a bit more fragile....other complications come from diabetes...cholesterol...both hdl and ldl...lipids...circulation...i'll break it down to you..if this is the case.
Aight, cool.
Skull if you have any questions pm me please. I've been a diabetic for 20 years. I'm 29. I'll help you as much as you need.
Cool, thanks.
I'm a diabetic with fair results.
Diabetes has actually been the push I needed to stay consistent with a healthy lifestyle ever since I found out last September.
I got my diet and workout routine tuned in and got rid of some of the old bad habits.
I may not be the biggest BB or have the best looking physique yet, but rest assured, my determination will get me to where I want to be as I stay focused and continue to get results.

I usually exclude all carbs but recently I have been experimenting with different fruits and oats in place of dextrose.
Exactly why do diabetics have to avoid certain types of food and take insulin shots?
Could one of you explain this in detail a little more if you have spare time?
Hey, lavinco, I see George Bush now. Your right, I just had to look harder. LOL!!!![]()

Not all diabetics have to take insulin shots. Or even pills for that matter.Originally Posted by Skullsmasher

I seriously hope its just from the cycle but the urination thing has been goin on for a long time now. Im just used to it.
Hey, maybe if I am diabetic, this willl explain the lack of effect the liquid dbol had on me......?
What's the difference between type 1 and 2 if you don't mind me asking?![]()
type 1 requires insulin injections. Type 2 is used to be called adult daibetes. You can sometimes control it with diet and exercise. Some type 2's take pills.
Oh my gosh!!!!!...and you're diabetic????Type 1 is onset as a juvenile...type 2 is an adult onset which of course comes later on in life...type 1 your pancreas does not function and does not produce insulin....where as type 2 your pancreas does produce a certain amount of insulin but the body cant shuttle it in the system to automatically keep glucose levels normal.Either one can be controlled with diet, also either one you might need shots or pills sometimes both depending on weight and severity of the condition.Either way it will be your habits in eating that will make you or breake you....and of course exercise.Originally Posted by gixxerboy1
