    EOD workout

    29, 170lbs, 5'10, 12 (+/-) b.f.

2nd day of six week cycle: Tbol only @ 50mg/ed. GOAL: 10lb lean mass gain.

I have started a workout program that involves working out for an hour EOD.

Day One: Chest & Back (in order of workout)

Bench Press: 4 sets/8 reps, 3 minute rests
Bent Over Row: 4 sets/8 reps, 3 minute rests
Incline Dumbell Press: 3 sets/7 reps, 3 minute rests
    Pulldowns: 3 sets/7 reps, 3 minute rests
    Fly: 2 sets/10 reps, 2 minute rests
Seated Row: 2 sets/10 reps, 2 minute rests

    Day Two: REST

    Day Three: Legs
Six leg exercises same format as Day One

    Day Four: REST

    Day Five: Shoulders/Traps
Six shoulder/trap exercises same format as Day One

    Day Six: REST

    Day Seven: Arms/Abs
Six arm/abs exercises same format as Day One

The point is not to over-train and working out EOD should allow my body plenty of rest. What do you think? Is this enough time in the gym? I am used to working out three days on then rest one and then three days on again. Any thoughts?

I'd actually be concerned about the diet for training days and off days more-so than the workout being done.

How would you change it? Change what?

    You listed nothing.

We have a diet forum here and you'll want to utilize that.

    I'm out....

Allright, I am sorry if my response was unclear. I have read many of the "bulking" threads and I understand my goals vs diet needs. Here is what I dont have a grip on yet:

Should I diet/eat the same everyday (rest days and workout days) or do I need to diet/eat differently on the days I work out vs rest days?
    Thanks.

Here is some advice. On non-workout days you should spend 1-2 hours reading threads on this forum and then you will be able to answer your own questions.
