In reality its only you who can tell what you need to prevent gyno or other estrogen related sides on cycle. Some people dont need any anti-e support. Personally I would never be without an AI, nolva just doesnt cut it imo.

thanks c bino... and my last cycle i felt like i was getting a lil puffy so thats why i want to take PROPER precautions this time.... so you also would suggest arimidex... and based on availablity if needed nova would be ok ?
