Is spillover possible from 2 PWO carb meals?

    6'/180/13 % BF former doughboy

With morning cardio and evening owrkouts, I have been taking in 60 grams of carbs pwo and that is it. If I add another PWO meal with 50 carbs, what are the odds that will not get stored in my muscles?

I do not take RALA anymore. That stuff was making me very stringy and felt very flat. Much fuller without it.

Keeping mass and losing 1 1/2 pounds a week with 1 pwo meal.

i think you'll be fine bro, that adds up to 110 grams of carbs a day, and if your exerciseing twice a day its a good idea to maybe add a few more carbs i myself have 3 pro/carb meals after workouts.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried the dextrose and had good results but lately I have had 1 pwo meal consisting of 1 1/4 cup oats and blueberries and I am gaining strength and my muscles are MUCH harder. I cannot figure it out. For some reason I am staying much more filled out with that and cutting my fat down from 15 grams in P/F meals, to 5-7 grams.

i use oats and brown rice as all my carb sources, i use quick oats for pre and post workout carbs, and my pro/fat meals contain about 12-15grams of fat

You dont need to worry about "spillover" at 13% bodyfat. Spillover is when your competing and you miss your peaking and come on stage a little smooth or holding too much water. And if you ask me, 110 grams of carbs is low, like too low. I never understood these diets where guys are consuming only 100 grams of carbs/day, or even 150 for that matter. I mean, when you really sit down and add it all up, the calories are way too low when your only getting 100 grams of carbs. Besides for carbs, your calories are coming from protien and fat. Well, there is only so much protien and fat you really need, the rest has to come from someplace, or your calories will be too much below maintenance level which will set you up for a shitload of muscle loss and fatigue.
