Hey Fellas gyno question

I have some sensativity and lumps I took the recommended dose of letro and it still hasnt gone away.
I was wondering if there was anything else to take to make the pain go away at least? The letro I ordered before was a clear color and was fruit punch flavored the one I ordered recentley was green and lemon lime. The fruit punch was thicker that batch worked for me this one does not. any info would be appreciated. Thanx
