what about the pwo nutrition your body needs after the workout?

if you took it before your body would just be burning those calories you just consumed...kinna defeats the purpose of PWO cardio doesnt it?

i would go with a shake about 10-15 minutes after your cardio session. this will fit in properly to your pwo nutrition.
