    Delt Injections?

    Can delt injections damage shoulders?

    So far have always injected in delt, but shoulders feel like they are wearing out! They snap and pop alot....maybe I am just getting old.

    J Jack did you injur your shoulder? I have a shoulder injury and I love it when I run deca cycles, eq is also not too bad on it too

    Probly just left over from football days. It does seem to be in both shoulders. Have real problems with military press.
