Anyway, it was suggested to me by Webb to post my diet in here for a critique.
Anyways I'll post my diet: (keep in mind i work nights)
3:00pm - 1.5 cups of oatmeal, 1 scoop whey, 4 eggs
5:00pm - PWO shak. Dextrose, whey
6:00 - Some type of meat source (usually chicken), 2 potatoes, veggies
8:00 - Chicken and half a cup of rice
12:00 - tuna and 2 potatoes
3:00am - tuna, 1.5 cups of oats
7:00am - 1.5 cups of oats, 2 scoops whey
8:45am - half a cup of cottage cheese, 2 tbl spoon olive oil
9:00am - bedtime
