Extreme Spasms post workout - wtf?

It seems that whenever I do hammer curls I get really bad spasms in my forearms later that night. They happen anytime I bend my elbow, and go away when i keep my arms more or less straight.

The spasms are in both forearms in the same spot, right on top where the forearm meets the elbow. the muscle that flexes when you raise your wrist up towards the ceiling.

is this due to some sort of deficiency?

they hurt when the spasm comes, usually if i hold my arm at a 90 degree angle. They definitely lock up, its not just unvoluntary twitches

you just answered your own question

clen depletes taurine and water from your system..both contributing to spasms/cramps..I had them big time when I was on clen...but after taking taurine 2g/day, the cramps disappeared

    cheers

Taurine also really helps with cramping

Whats up act of god, I used to get this all of the time back in the day especially at night, my arms would lock up and i would even get numb hands during sleep could be one of 2 things... dehydrated or bloated check ur piss if its dark or cloudy ur dehydrated if its clear your bloated...I agree with pelly add the bananas, h2o if dehydrated, and a anti inflamitory like Advil but I prefer Aleve 300-400mg.
