    Is pushups, situps, dips ok for 2 weeks?

    After my last shot i will be going away for 2 weeks.... i dont start my PCT 14 days after Cycle... can anybody give me some advise???? If i do pushup, situps, dips when im away on my holiday will this be ok while im away and will i keep my gains??????? ANYBOADY???

    I dont think so.. Where are you going a hotel? If so use there wieght room even though they are crap its much better than doing pushups...Yikes... talk about bad timing.. I say find a hotel or place with a gym.

    Yes staying in a hotel not sure if they have a gym...
    so you think that boady excercises will be no go.. surly i can maintain my gains?????

    Keep Cals high and workouts intense.. find a gym.. where r u going

    im off to Greece man 1 week then on a 1 week mederterianian cruise... im sure the ship will have a gym... If not body excercices will have to do right???

    They will have to do i dunno about keeping strength gains though.. I highly doubt it esp. coming off a cycle..

    find a local gym... and buy a pass for the day.

    the cruise will have a gym, but i dont know how good and equipped it will be..

    Cruise ships usually have nice gyms.....with plenty of machines and dumbells.

    As for b4 the cruise, look for a gym. If not jsut try to do Pushups, dips, situps, planks, Body weight squats etc EOD

    well tht only covers some chest, triceps, and abs so ur probly gonna lose something. unless of course thts all u were doing beforehand.

    whats up. of course you will loose some with out lifting. but i did some time in the pokey house we would use a deck of cards and flipp 3 over at atime what ever the cards came out to be thats how many puchups dips and pullups we would do. theres over 500 hundred in a deck of cards. we would do that twice a day. you be surprised at what you could do with that theres some big stong dudes look really ripped. i still do once in a while
