    Unhappy Injured on cycle...Now what?

I am half way through my bulking cycle of 14 weeks.

    1-14 sus 750mg/w
    7-14 tren 75mg eod
    1-10 deca 500mg/w

I tore my shoulder muscle and cannot really do much other cardio and abs. I need about 7 full days to recover. I have kept my dosage and food intake up. I am wondering if this is going a have a negative impact on my gains. Should I be eating all 5000 cals per day even if I can't workout. Will a lighter workout be sufficant for a week. Or should I just rest completely while maintaining my food and dosage?

Tough to say bro. This week I hurt my elbow during a 14 week cycle. 4 weeks in. I t sucked. I was feeling so good that I was going up 15 or 20 pounds per week on my bench and my elbow couldn't keep up. What I did was kept my diet in check and did excercises that did require me to use my elbow. I did alot of ab work, legs, shrugs and deadlifts cause as long as my arm was straight it didn't bother me. I rested it for 2 weeks like that and it healed itself pretty well. Just my experience bro. Hope it helps some.....Tattoo

You tore you shoulder muscle as in you strained it, right? If so, you need more than a week for that to heal. More like 8-10 weeks for it to totally heal up. In the mean while, you should go light on any exercise that requires any shoulder movement or your muscle will never fully heal. I know it sucks to get injured like that in the middle of your cycle. Been there and done that, but it's part of the territory. Just make sure to ice it ed for 20 mins, 2-3 times a day. Remember only time will heal it.
