This guy who trains at my gym, well his family owns a business where they sell thermal massage beds. I had never even heard of such a thing until today, but he says they rock. Well he works there during the day. Anyways, they have a bed there for people to use for free, it's supposed to be one for people to try out and if they like it hopefully they'll purchase one. But he says that I can use it whenever. You go for 40 minutes. I've never used one, but it can only help, especially for contest prep. Hooray
