i have been doing cardio in the morning on empty stomach, but im starting a new job, so wont be able to , i workout betwn 6-8 pm, or even late late nite,
so my question is: i hear cardio b4 workouts is bad due to some sort of acid buildup in the muscle groups, if someone can explain this, itd be great, BUT, how would cardio after a workout interfere with muscle growth?????![]()
