prop/tren cycle dosing question

first serious cycle. running 100mg sust 250 and 75mg tren EOD, 50mg winny ED, 30mg nolva ED. i'm switching to prop as soon as i finish the sust. i keep reading that tren and prop should be shot ED to keep blood levels consistant. i'd prefer to shoot EOD, so what would be the proper dosage of prop/tren if i were to shoot EOD? thanks.

age, height, weight, bf%, food intake, training, previous cycles, Goals for this cycle

also lay out this cycle the way you will run it with dose and duration how long you gonna run the winny

As Sman said and also run the tren ED and drop the nolva and use letrozole or anastrozole. The nolva may increase the potential of getting gyno which on the trenbolone.

Dosages should be dependant on cycle history and weight. IMO prop/tren should be shot ED. ED injections keep blood levels elevated which will translate into a more effective cycle and less side effects.

i'm 24, 5'8", 160lbs, 9%bf, weight train 4 days a week hard 20min cardio after every other weight training day, 30min cardio and 30min abs alone twice a week and do everything in a hoodie and track pants. eat about 2500 calories and 250g of protein, 50g of fat and 150 -200g carbs. just started dieting. don't know much about dieting so any advice would be great. last year did winny, m1t's and creatine. this year so far 20mls of deca, 18amps of sust, got 2 left, have about 16 shots of 75mg tren left, 2 -10ml bottles of prop, 30ml of winny, 65- 20mcg clen pills and half a bottle of m1t's (debating wether or not to throw into the mix) and some nolva. my goal is to hit 165 at least, at 7% bf.

gonna run the sust/tren EOD until out of sust, then switch to prop/tren EOD. have about 16 shots of tren, 2 shots of sust and 20 shots of prop left. winny i'm doing 50mls ED, plan to run that throughout until the end of aug, beg of sept. and i was thinking about doing m1t's w the prop for an extra boost, but i know how bad m1t's are for you and i'm not big on orals, but the bottle is just sitting around waiting to be finished.

Guy you're jumping the gun...you dont know much about dieting ???...then hold off till you learn the correct nutrition your body is going to need especially on AAS.At 160lbs you can easily put on some size without AAS.

yeah i recently realized how huge of a deal dieting is. i'm learning all i can as fast as i can but i've already started the gear so i'm gonna try n get the most out of it as i can. and damn. eating is more expensive than the crank.
