winny - should it mix completely?

buddy showed my some winny from a UGL that was pretty good but i think has since gone away. the batch numbers are all still good meaning not expired.

question is:
when shaken the compound dose not mix or disolve into the other completely...there seems to be small particals or balls that dont seem to desolve all the way. the other thing is the color...all the winny i have seen is a milky white, this is not at pure white.

this might be a little vauge but is this enough information for any winny expert to say this is legit or not stuff?

It should mix completely bro....but i have heard of that happening with some UGL's....post a pic of it on the pic forum.
