Started 1st cycle - Question

Hi,
I'm doing 400mg cyp a week for 12 weeks. Did 2nd 1ml/200mg shot of the week today.
At the moment i'm not taking nolva because I want to see if I actually need to use it. I have a crap load of it if required along with proviron.

My question is what when would sides like gyno begin to occur and is there anything else I need to watch out for other than itchy, sensative or puffy nipples?

If your not gonna use nolva, then I'd suggest you at least use an AI such as l-dex. You don't wanna wait till you get gyno. I know people that have had that shit as a result of AAS use and let me tell ya it ain't a pretty sight.

I have read many times that on first cycle alot of people don't use an AI so that they can see if they really need to.
I have chosen to not run one. I know it's a little risky but knowing what to look out for should keep me on top of it. Ill start on the nolva if I see ANY signs. But exactly what all of those signs are i'm not 100% sure of.

For me the first thing I begin to feel is just a little itch in my nips, like I been wearing a mesh shirt or some irritating material. Really though, any change in feel or appearance of nips is a good watchout for gyno. As for cycling without an AI or Serm, I do it all the time, and just use the ancillaries when needed-never had a problem yet, it just requires getting to know your body and watch the signs.

Itchy nips, puffy nips, hard lumps behind nips, lactating nips.

I think those are pretty much it.

An AI or Anti-E would stop you from gaining as much as you could without, BUT be careful. Gyno is quite the pain in the ass....Surgery,$ , mental humiliation etc.

Also, when would possible gyno signs begin to appear? I know it takes about 10days for cyp to fully get into the bloodstream but up to 7-8 weeks to start seeing results.

Or does it not really have a higher risk time period?

I think it depends what youre taking and what affect it has on your system.

Really depends on your genetics, I have only experienced itchy nips once, 7 weeks into a 16 week cycle. I only used nolva for one week, symptoms subsided and without lowering my dose or any other alteration it never came back. Others look at a bottle of T and start getting the man boobies.

Not to hijack, but what dosages of A-dex should a guy be running at 400mgs Test-e to avoid bloat and gyno?

you'll be able to tell when gyno is coming, with hard lumps under your nips, the size of peas.
